Troubleshooting: Envato Template Kit Not Importing or Importing Blank

Some users experience issues where the template kit loads and imports but doesn’t appear on the page. The templates may also be missing from the Saved Templates section, and sections may not be visible after importing.

This issue can be frustrating, and after multiple attempts and troubleshooting, a key setting has been identified as the cause.

Fix for Blank Template Imports in Envato Elements

If your templates are not appearing after import, check this setting:

  1. Go to Elementor > Settings > Features.
  2. Locate the “Flex Container” setting.
  3. If it is set to “Default,” change it to “Active.”

This small setting change resolves the issue for many users. By default, new Elementor installations have this option set to “Default,” which causes the import problem. Activating it allows the templates to display correctly.

Final Thoughts

Chapelia provides an easy way to build a professional church website without coding. If you encounter issues with importing templates, check the Flex Container setting in Elementor. Making this small adjustment can save you hours of troubleshooting and frustration.
